- Retention and use period according to Curearth internal policy: Three (3) years from the date of reservation or provision of job information, three (3) years after reservation
However, the data falling under Article 21 (Duty to Ensure Safety) of the Electronic Financial Transaction Act and Article 22 (Creation, Preservation and Destruction of Electronic Financial Transaction Records) of the same Act shall be stored pursuant to said act.
